Declaration Of Interim Dividend And Notice Of Books Closure

The Directors of HLN Technologies Limited are pleased to declare an interim exempt (one-tier) dividend of SGD 0.01 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2008 to the shareholders.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed on 4 November 2008 for purpose of determining members' entitlements to an interim dividend of SGD 0.01 per ordinary share ("Dividend") to be paid on 13 November 2008.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd at 3 Church Street #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2008 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the Dividend.

Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd ("CDP") are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2008 will be entitled to the Dividend.

In respect of shares in Securities Accounts with CDP, the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlements to such holders of shares in accordance with its practice.
