Appointment Of Group Chief Operating Officer

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Group's re-organization, the Group Executive Chairman, Mr Ng Khoon Seng ("Mr Ng"), shall be designated as the Group Chief Operating Officer ("COO") with effect from 1 November 2008. As the Group COO, Mr Ng shall be responsible for the management of the Group's business and operating activities within the Strategic Business Units. After the designation, Mr Ng shall continue to be the Executive Chairman of our Group.

Consequential to the re-organization, the Group shall consist of the following persons as its top executive management:

1. Mr Wa Kok Liang as the Group Chief Executive Officer,
2. Mr Ng Khoon Seng as the Group Chief Operating Officer and
3. Mr Ee Teck Siew as the Group Chief Financial Officer.
