Clarification Announcement Relating To The IPO And Share Placement Proceeds
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") refers to its SGXNET announcement released on 25 November 2008 relating to the IPO and Share Placement Proceeds and would like to clarify that the completion date for the placement of 21,000,000 ordinary shares should be 8 September 2008 instead of 8 September 2007.
