Discussions Pertaining To Shares Held By Substantial Shareholders

The Board Of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited ("HLN" or "the Company") has been informed by the Company's substantial shareholders ("Shareholders") that they are in discussions with an external party pertaining to their shares in the Company. However, the Company has been informed by the Shareholders that at this juncture, the discussions may or may not materialize into any definitive transaction.

The Company will keep the market updated if it becomes aware of any significant developments through making appropriate public announcements.

Meanwhile, shareholders are advised to exercise caution in dealing with their shares in the Company.
