Appointment Of Executive Director

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Cheong Weixiong ("Mr Jeff Cheong") as an Executive Director of the Company.

The information relating to the appointment of Mr Jeff Cheong as a Director will be announced separately.

In addition to the above and pursuant to the Group's re-organization, Mr Cheong Weixiong will be designated as the Group Chief Executive Officer in place of Mr Wa Kok Liang and the Group shall consist of the following persons as its top executive management:

1) Mr Cheong Weixiong as the Group Chief Executive Officer.
2) Mr Wa Kok Liang as the Chief Operating Officer,
3) Mr Ng Khoon Seng as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and
4) Mr Ee Teck Siew as the Group Chief Financial Officer.
