Course Attended By Directors To Enhance Knowledge

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited ("the Company") refers to the announcement released on 4 August 2009 relating to the appointment of Mr Cheong Weixiong. The Board wishes to announce that the following directors have attended a course on directors' duties/responsibilities, SGX regulations, corporate governance and insider trading conducted by a professional firm to enhance their knowledge on the relevant regulations and duties as a director:
