Changes To The Appointment Of The Chairman Of The Board

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited. (the "Company") wishes to announce the change of the Chairman of the Board from Mr Ng Khoon Seng to Mr Li Anhua with effect from 9 September 2009.

Consequential to the above, the composition of the Board is as follows:
