Submission Of Draft Circular To SGX

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 18 August 2009. The Company wishes to update the shareholders that the draft shareholders' circular has been submitted to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for review. The Company will make further announcements to update the shareholders in due course.
