Clarification On Announcement Of Cessation As Executive Officer

HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement on the Cessation of Ms Wa Sock Yin as Executive Officer of the Company released on 31 December 2009.

The Company would like to clarify that the number of Independent Directors currently residing in Singapore (taking into account this cessation) should be "1" instead of "3" as stated in the announcement.
