| Description | Further to the announcements made on 1 October 2010 and 22 October 2010 in relation to the Placement, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has today, issued and allotted 24,600,000 Placement Shares to the subscribers procured by UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, the placement agent, in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement dated 1 October 2010. The Placement Shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 26 October 2010 and trading of the Placement Shares will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. the same date.
