Resignation Of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Chow Kok Kee ("Mr Chow") as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 November 2006.

Consequential to Mr Chow's resignation, he shall vacate his office as the Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

The Board will like to put on record their appreciation to Mr Chow for his services rendered to the Company.
