Resignation Of Group Finance Manager

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Loke Oi Lin ("Ms Loke") as the Group Finance Manager of the Company with effect from 11 August 2006.

The Board will like to put on record their appreciation to Ms Loke for her services rendered to the Company.
