Resolutions Passed At 2007 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the 2007 Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2007, all resolutions relating to the matters as set out in the Notice of 2007 Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
