The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Tan Chye Thiam ("Mr Kelvin Tan") has been promoted as Head of the Elastomeric Business Unit (Executive Officer) with effect from 1 September 2007.
Consequentially, Ms Wa Sock Yin ("Ms Wa"), the existing Head of Elastomeric Business Unit, will be re-designated as Sales Director of the said Unit. Ms Wa shall not be considered as Executive Officer under Listing Rule 704(7).
The information relating to the appointment of Mr Kelvin Tan will be announced separately.
