Announcement Regarding Trading Activity

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company is currently engaging in preliminary discussions with certain parties concerning possible transactions relating to the subsidiaries of the Company. However, the discussions are ongoing and at a preliminary stage. There is no certainty that these discussions will result in a transaction.

The Company will in due course make appropriate and timely disclosures.

Shareholders of the Company are kindly advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
