CESSATION OF DEEMED INTEREST
The Company has on 11 June 2007, received notification of cessation of deemed interest from Mr Ng Khoon Seng ("Mr Ng").
Mr Ng had ceased to exercise any right of control over the shares held by his siblings, Mr Ng Koon Chuan Francis and Ms Ng Lian Hong and according to his notification, he had ceased to have any deemed interest in his siblings' shareholding with effect from 11 June 2007.
