HLN Secures S$4.0 Million Order For German Automotive Industry
The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary, HLN Metal Centre Pte. Ltd. (HLN Metal Centre), has received purchase orders in aggregate of approximately S$4.0 million (the "order") from a German customer in March 2007, to cut and supply special grade aluminium materials used for assembling doors of defense-related vehicles.
The order when completed is expected to have a positive impact on the Group's revenue and profitability in the current financial year ending 31 December 2007.
None of the directors or controlling or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
