Update Regarding Trading Activity

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement made on 29 April 2008 and wishes to announce that the preliminary discussions with certain parties concerning possible transactions relating to the subsidiaries of the Company have not culminated into any definitive agreement. The Company and the relevant parties have agreed to cease any further discussions for the time being.

The Company will continue to explore opportunities to enhance shareholder value and keep the shareholders notified thereof.
