Profit Warning For The Period Ended 30 June 2008

The Board of Directors of HLN Technologies Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the period ended 30 June 2008 are expected to register a net loss.

The expected loss is due to various factors identified by the Company in its 2007 full year results announcement. Main reasons for the expected net loss include the current weak demand for our customers' end products, depreciation of the USD against the SGD, higher material and energy costs, continuing losses of a few subsidiaries and impairment losses.

The Company would disclose further details of the Group's performance when it announces its unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2008 in August 2008.
